Our team prepares HOA submittals, Municipal permits, spot elevation plans, layout plans, and construction details as needed. For a smooth construction kickoff, FireSky prepares check lists, material lists, and plans for the contractor. On site from the construction kick-off meeting, we are present during grade check, layout, boulder placement, plant placement, change orders, and the final walk through.
